Brooklyn Bridge + Central Park | Engagement Session

Deji & Ginger are tying the knot this weekend and I am excited to share with you their Engagement photos. I met Ginger back in March of this year. She is such a positive and amazing person. Her and Deji had recently moved to New York and planning the date for an engagement session could have definitely been a problem. Sometimes its not easy hiring a photographer out of state, but because Ginger’s family is from Dallas I was given the opportunity to go to New York and take their engagement photos. I was not only very trilled about going to New York, but it also made it easier for them.

We got so lucky that weekend. It rained the day before the shoot and the day after, so there were definitely some challenges. The day of the shoot was perfect! It wasn’t too hot nor too cold. It did start to get chilly towards the evening though. Overall, my first experience shooting in New York was AMAZING! I had a great time.

Thank you so much Ginger & Deji for this dream come true opportunity. I am forever grateful and I look forward to shooting in New York again! I thank God everyday for having crossed Ginger in my life. I can not wait to see how beautiful the wedding will turn out. I am positive it will be amazing!! They love nature and being outdoors, which makes the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden the perfect location for their wedding.
